Going with the flow is great advice. That’s what I’ve done my entire life, and it’s paid off. Going with the flow allows you to extend your highs and get through the lows. You start to take on life and enjoy the ride, instead of riding the emotion of your expectations.
Life is always going to be a roller coaster, but it doesn’t have to be a wooden one – those things are painful!

Hi Casey,
I was running the "youth ministry" links and found your site. My wife and I work with the youth here in Kansas where we live, our 20-year old daughter is a youth ministry intern in Wichita, KS, and our son in a fulltime youth minister in Cheyenne, Wyoming. We have a heart for youth ministry.

I've just read two of your posts and impressed with the spirit of your heart and your ability to write.

Keep blogging, take notes of your experiences, note your feelings and thoughts about those experiences, link them to a Bible verse or story, and in 3 or 4 years you will have a powerful book to share.
